根據(jù)表中的可靠性壽命計算結(jié)果，車窗MS密封膠維修質(zhì)量異常動車組的MS密封膠壽命低于正常情況壽命的夸，維修質(zhì)量最差車廂MS密封膠壽命低于正常情況壽命的專，維修質(zhì)量對車窗MS密封膠壽命存在巨大影響。
根據(jù)中車青島四方相關(guān)技術(shù)研究與日常檢修維護經(jīng)驗，保證車窗MS密封膠維修質(zhì)量有以下要點:
(1)底涂劑涂刷前使用合適的清潔劑清潔粘接面;
(2)使用MS密封膠配套底涂劑，并按標準均勻涂刷底涂并進行干燥;
(3)按比例調(diào)配MS密封膠主劑與固化劑并及時使用;
(4)按照環(huán)境溫度選擇對應(yīng)固化劑調(diào)配MS密封膠;
(5)MS密封膠涂打完成后晾膠48 h，期間不得動車、洗車;萬方數(shù)據(jù)
(6)晾膠期間保證環(huán)境溫度在10}40℃，溫度過低時應(yīng)進行輔助加熱。
當前執(zhí)行標準中晾膠時間為24 h，不得動車時間為12 h，晾膠溫度要求為)5 ℃，均低于上述要點，可能因MS密封膠固化未完成導致動車后MS密封膠質(zhì)量下降，建議改進當前作業(yè)標準或改用快速固化的MS密封膠。
當前MS密封膠涂打標準要求MS密封膠涂打厚度與寬度均勻，現(xiàn)車檢查質(zhì)量異常動車組存在多處MS密封膠不均勻，且無二次維修痕跡，如圖5所示，該動車組上次五級修出廠MS密封膠涂打不符合要求，建議五級修維修部門嚴格落實作業(yè)標準，提高維修質(zhì)量。http://m.szpapc.com/
