合成了不同種類的端-NCO的聚氨酯樹脂,討論了聚氨酯樹脂含量,R值、異氰酸醋種類、不同分子量聚醚多元醇對聚氨酯丁基防水嵌縫膠耐熱粘接性的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)不同聚氨酯樹脂含量的聚氨酯丁基防水嵌縫膠常溫養(yǎng)護7d粘接面均為100%CF,而高溫120℃后,底涂與部分聚氨酯丁基防水嵌縫膠出現(xiàn)脫落。(2)丁基防水嵌縫膠耐熱粘接性受-NCO%含量影響較大,當丁基防水嵌縫膠一NCO%含量>1.10%,保持90%CF時間可達18ho(3)添加單體可提升耐熱粘接性,反應(yīng)活性適中、結(jié)構(gòu)適合的HDI三聚體效果最好。(4)MDI制備的丁基防水嵌縫膠耐熱粘接效果最好,HDI,TDI次之,IPDI最差。(5)改變聚醚三元醇的相對分子量,對丁基防水嵌縫膠的耐熱粘接性略有差異,但影響不大。單組分濕氣固化聚氨酯丁基防水嵌縫膠因具有優(yōu)異的力學性、良好的粘接性、出色的耐候性,而被廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車市場風擋玻璃粘接和密封。隨著汽車工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,汽車零部件的安全使用壽命備受關(guān)注。國家工信部分別于2012.20巧年發(fā)布《汽車車窗玻璃用單組份聚氨酯丁基防水嵌縫膠》和《汽車用單組分聚氨酯丁基防水嵌縫膠》的行業(yè)標準,對汽車玻璃丁基防水嵌縫膠的耐久性能提出要求,即丁基防水嵌縫膠被要求在經(jīng)歷耐熱、耐濕熱、耐水、鹽霧、酸堿和戶外老化等系列老化試驗后,力學性能和粘接性均能夠保持較好狀態(tài),其中耐熱粘接性是一項較難達到的指標。所謂耐熱粘接性是指丁基防水嵌縫膠在高溫(120℃/90℃)加速老化試驗后粘接基材面仍有90%以上內(nèi)聚破壞(CF),國外某丁基防水嵌縫膠知名品牌也規(guī)定聚氨酯丁基防水嵌縫膠短期120℃使用不超1h。近年不少專利和文獻也報道了提升耐熱、耐老化方法。討論了聚氨酯軟硬段、交聯(lián)劑對材料耐熱性的影響,認為引人耐熱基團、增加填料的方式可提高耐熱性。為提升聚氨酯材料的耐熱性,引人了有機雜環(huán),選擇耐熱性好的聚合物多元醇金屬離子,通過共混制備了互穿聚合物(IPN)結(jié)構(gòu)。以聚醋與聚醚多元醇為主要原料,制備了耐水解、耐熱耐濕熱優(yōu)異的濕固化聚氨酯熱熔膠。采用重均分子量可控的聚芳醋合成了雙組分耐高溫丁基防水嵌縫膠,其熱分解溫度、高溫力學性能明顯高于常溫聚氨酯丁基防水嵌縫膠。這些方法都能提升聚氨酯自身力學耐熱性能,但聚氨酯對基材耐熱粘接的討論相對較少,偶見其他種類丁基防水嵌縫膠對基材粘接耐熱老化的報道。探討了聚硫密封劑與基材間粘接機理,通過一些檢測手段討論了密封劑在耐化學介質(zhì)、耐低溫、耐熱老化過程中粘接行為的變化。http://m.szpapc.com/
