(1)按照1:1的比例將茹度為5 000 mPas和茹度為20 000 mPas的聚硅氧烷攪拌混合;
(2)按照總聚硅氧烷份數(shù)的一定百分比添加氣相法白炭黑�；旌虾螅诤銣�120℃環(huán)境中進行脫水處理3h，然后使混合物料自然冷卻;
(3)按照總聚硅氧烷份數(shù)的一定百分比，向混合物料中添加甲基三丁酮肪基硅烷，以此作為交聯(lián)劑，進行攪拌處理20 min;
(4)分別按照總聚硅氧烷份數(shù)的1%和0.2%，添加硅烷偶聯(lián)劑和擴鏈劑。其中，硅烷偶聯(lián)劑以IH550和IH560按照1:1進行配制。充分攪拌20 min，得自流平硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，密封備用。
性能測試
自流平性能
將泊紙平鋪，然后將50 mL的自流平硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠注到泊紙上。使硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料自然流平并固化。從硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料開始流淌時計時，到不再流動為止，記為硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料的自流平時間。然后，對固化后的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠中心厚度進行檢測，并以此來表征材料自流平厚度。
力學(xué)性能
將自流平硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料注人到試驗?zāi)＞咧�，然后將其放到恒�?25士1)℃、相對濕度(60士1)%的環(huán)境中7d，使材料充分硫化。再將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠片制成一定規(guī)格的試樣，之后使用萬能試驗機，按照100 mm/min的速度對硅酮密封.膠試樣進行拉伸測試。
白炭黑添加量對性能的影響
自流平性能
為探究白炭黑添加量對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料自流平性能的影響，本試驗分別1%,3%,5%,7%,9%添加量的白炭黑制備硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料，并測試其自流平厚度和自流平時間，具體如圖所示。http://m.szpapc.com/
