由圖可知，隨著自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料中添加的白炭黑逐漸增多，材料的自流平厚度和自流平時間均逐漸增加。當白炭黑添加量為1%時，自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料的自流平厚度和自流平時間分別是1.26 mm77 s。當白炭黑添加量為9%時，自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料的自流平厚度和自流平時間分別是7.64 mm147 s。由此可見，當白炭黑的添加量較少時，自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料可以有較好的流動性，自流平性能較好。

力學性能

為在不同白炭黑添加量情況下，使用萬能試驗機對自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料試樣進行拉伸測試的結果。由圖可知，隨著自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料中添加的白炭黑增多，拉伸強度不斷升高，且拉伸斷裂伸長率也呈現(xiàn)出不斷升高的變化趨勢。當自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料中添加的白炭黑為1%時，材料拉伸力學性能較差，拉伸強度僅為0.32 MPa，此時的拉伸斷裂伸長率則為208%。當白炭黑添加量增加到3%時，自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料試樣的拉伸強度一定幅度提高，達到0.43 MPa，提高了34.38%。此時的拉伸斷裂伸長率也有一定幅度提高，為232%，比1%白炭黑添加量時提高了11.54%。由此可見，白炭黑的添加，對這種自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料的補強效果明顯。特別是當添加9%白炭黑時，自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料試樣的拉伸強度已經達到0.77 MPa，是1%白炭黑添加量時的兩倍以上。此時的拉伸斷裂伸長率也達到276%，比1%白炭黑添加量時提高了32.69%。這是因為，氣相法白炭黑材料的粒子尺寸較小，同時其比表面積較大，且含有較多的硅醇基。當將適量氣相法白炭黑添加到自流平丁基防水嵌縫膠材料中時，在密封膠材料體系中，各白炭黑粒子之間可以構建出網絡結構。同時，這些白炭黑粒子還可以和密封膠材料體系中的聚合物分子進行相互作用，增強材料體系中的界面粘接性。為保證密封膠材料的良好流動性，優(yōu)選白炭黑添加量為5%％。http://m.szpapc.com/
