為使硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在保持原有的粘接密封效果的同時,擁有更優(yōu)異的力學性能。利用無水檸檬酸和甘氨酸為碳源,以微波法制備得到了碳點,并通過靜電吸附制備得到CaC03CCDs復合粒子,并以CaC03CCDs為填料,制備硅烷改性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。研究了CDs的光學性能,以及添加量CaC03CCDs對密封膠力學性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,CDs可以被CaC03進行包覆得到CaC03CCDs復合粒子,該復合粒子可均勻分布在密封膠基體中。當摻量為100份時,改性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的力學性能達到最佳。使其在保持原有的粘接密封效果的同時,擁有更優(yōu)異的力學性能。
硅烷改性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠因良好的的粘接性、環(huán)保性、優(yōu)良的耐候性以及可涂飾性,在很多領域得到了應用,成為近幾年國內(nèi)外發(fā)展速度最快的密封膠產(chǎn)品。為了提高其抗紫外輻射的能力,需要適當添加一些紫外吸收劑碳量子點又稱碳點或碳納米點,于2004年首次制備出的是尺寸在10 nm左右的類球形碳納米顆粒。由于具有很好的光學性能,良好的生物相容性,制備原料來源廣泛等諸多優(yōu)點,近年來在各個領域越來越收到關(guān)注。其中碳點的紫外吸收性能備受關(guān)注,在生物醫(yī)藥領域,碳點可作為熒光探針在細胞成像,藥物輸送等領域有重要應用,同時在電池,光催化領域也有重要應用。并且可以通過調(diào)控碳點表面的官能團對其紫外吸收性能進行調(diào)控。本文制備了碳酸鈣包覆碳點(CaC03CCDs)的復合粒子,并以其為填料,制備得到具有紫外吸收功能的硅烷改性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠,并對CaC03CCDs改性后的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進行性能研究。http://m.szpapc.com/
