填充MS密封膠的制備
將硅烷改性聚醚(MS)預聚物、PPG3000,按照表中的量加人到雙輥行星攪拌機中,于100℃真空條件下,以50 r/min的速度攪拌脫水1h。冷卻至室溫后加人IH792、二月桂酸二丁錫、氣相SiO,真空攪拌30 min,隨后出料,制得MS密封膠。
MS密封膠拉伸性能測試:取出制備好的試片制成啞鈴形樣條,按cBT s2s-ZOOS中的方法,利用電子拉力機進行測試。
MS密封膠斷面形貌表征:將不同含量的陶土尾礦粉填充制備的MS密封膠的樣條在液氮中脆斷,采用掃描電子顯微鏡(sEM)對填料的分散形貌進行觀察。
對MS密封膠拉伸強度的影響
圖為MS密封膠的拉伸強度隨CaC03CCDs含量變化圖。
由圖可知,CaC03CCDs對MS密封膠的拉伸強度的影響隨其含量增加先增大后減小。當CaC03CCDs的量為100份時其MS密封膠拉伸強度最大為1.2 MPa。其原因可能是隨著CaC03CCDs的繼續(xù)添加,在MS密封膠基體內的分布會發(fā)生局部團聚,導致應力集中,則出現(xiàn)拉伸強度下降。
不同量的CaC03C CDs填充對MS密封膠的斷裂伸長率的影響如圖所示。
從圖可以看出,斷裂伸長率也隨著CaC03CCDs含量的增加先增大后減小。當CaC03CCDs的量為100份時,其制備的MS密封膠的斷裂伸長率達到最大為890%,幾乎是無填充的硅烷改性聚醚MS密封膠的5倍。從這些力學性能的數(shù)據(jù)分析可知,Ca-C03C CDs具有明顯的補強作用,并且含量的變化對CaC03C CDs在MS密封膠中補強作用有著重要的影響。
利用檸檬酸和甘氨酸為碳源,成功制備得到碳點,再利用靜電吸附作用成功制備得到Ca-C03C CDs復合粒子。以硅烷改性聚醚(MS>預聚物為基膠,以CaC03CCDs為填料,制備得到Ca-C03C CDs改性MS密封膠,并對Ca-C03C CDs改性后的MS密封膠進行性能研究。研究結果表明,CDs可以被CaC03進行包覆得到Ca-C03C CDs復合粒子,該復合粒子可均勻分布在MS密封膠基體中。CaC03CCDs摻量為100份時,Ca-C03C CDs改性MS密封膠的力學性能達到最佳。使其在保持原有的粘接密封效果的同時,擁有更優(yōu)異的力學性能。當CaC03CCDs的量為100份時其MS密封膠拉伸強度最大為1.2 MPa,斷裂伸長率達到最大為890%。http://m.szpapc.com/
