硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠也存在一定的缺陷如制備工藝難度較高，設備要求能夠抽真空，加熱冷卻，具有高速分散盤，生產過程中對水分要求極高。而且國產裝配式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠使用年限較短，一般為5-10年，在建筑的全壽命周期至少需要更換6次，而每一次的更換都需要耗費人工進行舊硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的清理和新硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的施工，增加了使用成本。如圖1、圖2所示，因為硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠主鏈主要由C-C和C-0鍵構成，鍵能小于主鏈是由Si-0鍵構成的硅酮。所以硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的耐候性較弱于硅酮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，這也是目前市面上硅酮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠仍占主流的原因。

硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠具有粘接材料廣泛、環(huán)保、耐候、可涂飾、無污染等優(yōu)點，隨著國家對裝配式建筑的進一步推廣以及人們對綠色生活的向往和對環(huán)保裝修的追求，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠具有廣闊的發(fā)展空間和良好的發(fā)展前景。

自二十世紀七十年代，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠被日本鐘化公司研制出來后，由于其優(yōu)異的性能，而在日本得到熱烈響應，市場占有率迅速上升。

如圖所示，近年來，日本建筑領域中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的占比約45%，而在裝配式建筑的領域中，硅烷改險硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠占比更是達到了90%。是裝配式建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的首選。同期歐美國家也在開發(fā)研究硅烷改性樹脂，目前他們的研究已經趨于成熟化，我國市場上的硅烷改性聚醚基礎聚合物目前主要被國外生產商壟斷，這也導致了我國的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的發(fā)展收到了限制。但是，隨著我國基礎設施建設、建筑等領域的發(fā)展，國家政策的支持，以及硅酮價格的上升，目前市面上對硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的需求越來越大，生產企業(yè)不斷增多，受到人們越來越多的重視，被大量生產和應用，目前我國的硅烷改性樹脂的合成和研發(fā)正在逐漸趨于成熟，但與發(fā)達國家相比還是存在一定的差距。http://m.szpapc.com/
